1.1. All products sold by Our Company are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery.
1.2. Situations covered under warranty:
• Manufacturing defects.
• Damages occurring during delivery (must be reported within 5 business days of receipt).
1.3. Situations not covered under warranty:
• Damages resulting from misuse or negligence.
• Unauthorized alterations or repair attempts on the product.
1.4. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
 
2. Return Policy
 
2.1. Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days of delivery.
2.2. Returned products must:
• Be unused.
• Be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
2.3. Returns will be processed once the product is received and inspected by Our Company.
2.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
2.5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
 
3. Exchange Policy
 
3.1. Customers may request an exchange for defective or damaged products.
3.2. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
3.3. If the requested replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the customer.

• Include your order number and the reason for the return.
• Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided by Our Company.
4.2. Once your return request is approved, we will notify you of the next steps via email.
 
5. Damaged or Missing Items
 
5.1. Damaged or missing items must be reported to Our Company within 5 business days of delivery.
5.2. Our Company will replace the damaged or missing items free of charge or issue a refund if applicable.
 
6. Governing Law
 
This Warranty and Return Policy is governed by United States Federal and State Laws. In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction of Our Company’s registered office will apply.
